Guide
Free printable wedding timeline
Build your day-of schedule in the editor, then print paper copies or save a PDF from your browser — handy for photographers, DJs, and your wedding party. You do not need an account.
- Step 1
Build or open a template
Start from a free day-of template or the editor. Set ceremony time, then adjust every block until the schedule feels realistic.
- Step 2
Choose vendor or party view
Vendors need detail (notes, contacts, setup). Your wedding party usually needs a one-page itinerary. Export the view that matches who you are printing for.
- Step 3
Print or Save as PDF
Use your browser print dialog (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P). Choose Save as PDF if you want a file to email — nothing extra to install.
- Step 4
Keep a backup before clearing browser data
Timelines stay in your browser storage. Print or save a PDF before you clear site data or switch devices.
What to print
- Vendor copy — full day-of timeline with notes for photographer, DJ, and caterer.
- Party itinerary — shorter where-to-be-when for bridal party and family.
- Planning checklist — month-by-month tasks from the 12-month checklist (separate from day-of).
